"It's a good thing we had Mendy to help with the sale of a lot that was purchased at a tax sale over 7 years ago. Guess what? There was no clear title on the lot, due to the tax sale, so if someone buys it, there would be no title insurance for the buyer. The buyer needed this title insurance, so Mendy found a company that could get the title cleared within 3 months. Yea! Mendy kept on top of all the parts moving and title was cleared and the closing was moved up by a month because she stayed on top of it. It was a pleasure working with her."
